So Episode 21 should've been out a while ago.

I'm lazy. There I said it. I don't like to edit, it's real hard for me to get started -- I get intimidated by the process.

Usually once I start I'm fine, but I just haven't been able to get to the point where I start.

It's sorta like writer's block.

meh.

Anyway, to those that say we haven't put anything new out, we have -- a few Special Deliveries and whatnot. :P

And we opened the store, and we're working on a whole new podcast (hint: those emails to Hope are a big part of it).

Alright, alright. I'm going to take a walk, get a 3x3 from In-N-Out and then dig into Episode 21.

I'm talking about Internet Video with a dude named Kojo. They just said I'll be on about 1220PM EDT for about ten minutes.

Here are a few things that I think would make this place look better.

-A full top, not just the logo in the center. Talking some sort of bar all the way across.

- Easier way to get around and be able to see who is online.

- Forum better organized.

- More to come.

Whenever I export the compressed episodes, I have to do a delicate dance or my whole system will crash.

For some reason when I export WMV files out of Quicktime I get a death screen killing my whole computer.

I need to export iPod first, QT second, AIFF (for MP3 third), and then upload to youtube, upload to the server, post those files, and then export to WMV.

If I try to skip a step my powerbook revolts and crashes.

grrr.
